If you\u2019ve never had the pleasure of a meal at his restaurant\u00a0Salumeria Rosi<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, located on the upper west side of Manhattan, do yourself a favor and bring someone you love there for a fantastic culinary trip through Tuscany.\u00a0\u00a0 And as Cesare says, \u201cbeing Italian is not about the food you eat or the styles you wear but embracing simplicity, knowledge and enjoyment of life\u201d.
